Hey Guy's,
Well it is that time of year again, you know the Holidays. Once again I am selling gift certificates for that special someone or just for yourself. I am selling them at a discounted rate this year due to the economy and like I have said before we all need all the help we can get right now. Here are the prices through the end of the year.
1/2 day $375.00
3/4 day $475.00
Full day $575.00
This is $25.00 less than I charge and I am also not going to charge extra for the 3rd and 4th person if the gift certificate is bought before Jan.1st 2010. Just email me or give me a call and we can get it taken care of.

Now, on to more important things. Here we are in the first week of DEC. and the water temp. is still in the upper 60's however, I'm not complaining as the fishing is as good as you can expect for this time of year. I have been catching some nice size trout all over the place so the beginning of trout season should be really good. We have also been getting some nice snook in the slot for the end of snook season with a lot of the keepers in the 30"-33" size. The snook are still all over the place as well they should be since we haven't had a super bad cold front to send them scurrying to their winter time spots. The red fish have been doing good as well with our limit just about every day I have fished inshore and some days I have been finding a big school somewhere and then we kill them with fish up to 32".
When it comes to off shore the fish are as happy to see me as I am to see them. The Spanish mackerel and king fish are still around and the grouper have moved in close as well up in the bay. I have been running out any where from 5 miles to 14 miles depending on the day with a lot of nice size keeper grouper being caught as well a bunch of shorts to keep us busy reeling in fish. For the guy's that want their arm broke I have been hitting a spot that is loaded with Amber Jacks and the average size is about 15 - 40 lb. There are also some 50 and 60 pound fish as well but they seem to find the week spot in my tackle. We have been using tarpon rods to catch these fish on and they will give you a long and fast fight all the way to the boat. They are not bad to eat either so it doesn't take long to get a lot of meat in the box. There are a lot of things to do right now and that is really cool since so many winters have been a struggle but I don't think this will be one of those years. There is so much bait around and that should keep the fish happy until the water gets really cold. I have heard different reports about the kind of winter we are going to have but most reports are saying a wet but warm winter so if that is the case we should have a great winter season out on the water. Until next time.
         Happy Holidays,
